MEGA Sites (6, 14, 16, 31, 42) are (double size lots)
Perfect for multiple vehicles, or boats.
– Daily Rate: $39/night + Tax
– Monthly Rate – $575/month + Tax + Electric
* 2 Week stays or longer will have electric meter (actual usage) added to their bill.

ALL RV sites are full hookup sites (water, electric & sewer).
Some sites are back-in, some are pull through and each site has its own electric meter.
Copper John’s can accommodate anywhere from a popup camper to a large motor home.
All sites are metered for electric.
RVers PAY FOR TIME RESERVED to be applied to your last month’s rent.
